The
philosophy of Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers, Inc.
(HPRC) is nearly the only thing that has not changed since 1955.
While health care laws, terminology, numbers, environment, and
other external things have and are constantly changing, the internal
core or standard for which we stand has not.
Customer Service Philosophy
"To demonstrate a professional commitment
to our customers by exceeding their expectations through active
communication, quality service and timely response." (Adopted

To our patients…
We recognize that all of our patients have individuality
and worth, and we are committed to treating each with the dignity
and respect they deserve, and to honor the confidentiality of

We endeavor to provide a corporate culture in
which our employees feel safe in the workplace, cared for and
needed, have a sense of belonging, and know that their work is
making a difference.
