HPRC Values and Mission

The philosophy of Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (HPRC) is nearly the only thing that has not changed since 1955. While health care laws, terminology, numbers, environment, and other external things have and are constantly changing, the internal core or standard for which we stand has not.

Customer Service Philosophy

"To demonstrate a professional commitment to our customers by exceeding their expectations through active communication, quality service and timely response." (Adopted June, 1995)

To our patients…

We recognize that all of our patients have individuality and worth, and we are committed to treating each with the dignity and respect they deserve, and to honor the confidentiality of all information collected and learned about them.

To our employees…

We endeavor to provide a corporate culture in which our employees feel safe in the workplace, cared for and needed, have a sense of belonging, and know that their work is making a difference.

HPRC is committed to the following tenets to realize the above values:

Quality patient care always comes first.
Continuing education and research are preeminent in furthering the knowledge base and skills of our licensed professionals.
We will hire, train and retain the most qualified staff who is dedicated to excellence.
We will remain informed of the ever-changing healthcare environment and respond appropriately and swiftly.
We will be confident, loyal and enthusiastic about our work.
