M. McCluskey, Jr. Award
The George M. McCluskey,
Jr. Award is given annually to an HPRC licensed professional for
truly outstanding performance and contributions to the rehabilitation
profession. Winners must demonstrate characteristics of the man
it is named for, the founder of HPRC – enthusiasm and passion,
a commitment to excellence, involvement in education and research,
and a servant heart. This is the highest honor HPRC gives to one
of its licensed professionals. see

Viney C. McCluskey Award
The Viney C. McCluskey Award is given annually
to a non-licensed employee of HPRC. It is named for the mother
of our Founder who was a long-term employee of the company. The
award is given for outstanding support of our clinicians and service
to those entrusted to our care. This is the highest honor HPRC
gives to one of its non-licensed employees.

Doug Q. Customer Service Award
The Customer Service Award is awarded on a quarterly
basis to no more than two employees who best exemplify our Customer
Service Philosophy, "To demonstrate a professional commitment
to our customers by exceeding their expectations through active
communication, quality service and timely response." In December
2002 this award was renamed the "Doug Q. Customer Service
Award". in memory of Douglas Quattrociocchi and his passion
for quality customer care. Doug was a longtime employee of HPRC
and a registered prosthetic technician for Medical and Health
Resources.

Raising
the Standard Award
The Raising The Standard Award is presented
to an employee or group of employees who demonstrates initiative
and consistently goes beyond the call of duty.
The following employees or departments/facilities

The Clinical Recognition program is designed
to promote development of new clinical expertise in a particular
aspect of a healthcare discipline within HPRC and to attach appropriate
value to the expertise obtained. The following is a list of our

Athlete
of the Year
The Athlete of the Year Award was established
by HPRC to honor one of its staff members who has demonstrated
excellence in the area of athletics. Nominations are submitted
from throughout the company to the Selection Committee. The honoree
is named at the annual holiday party and is presented with a plaque
and $250.00. The recipients name is placed on a permanent plaque
which is on display at the HPRC corporate offices.

Service
Pins
Service pins are awarded to employees for working
for HPRC for specified periods of time. They are awarded for continuous
years of service from the employee’s last hire date, and
are awarded in five-year increments.
Each year, HPRC recognizes our employee’s
